Preparation
Turn on your Nutrigrill to the highest setting, and adjust the temperature down as needed while you cook. There is no need to pre-heat since it heats up in seconds. You can adjust the temperature up or down as you cook if you need more or less heat.
Cook your pizza toppings on the moat. Place your pizza dough, tortilla, flatbread, or pita on the grill for 30 seconds. Flip your pizza base, and add your toppings. Lastly, add the shredded cheese, allow it to melt to hold your pizza together.
