Add your vegetables: Red onion, mixed peppers, sliced parsley, orange slices, pineapples
Add your proteins: Pork cut into bite sized pieces
Seasonings & sauces: sweet & sour sauce
Additions: Rice, egg noodles, vermicelli noodles
Preparation
Turn on your Nutrigrill to the highest setting, and adjust the temperature down as needed while you cook. There is no need to pre-heat since it heats up in seconds. You can adjust the temperature up or down as you cook if you need more or less heat.
Toss the chopped vegetables into the moat, and place the bite sized pork pieces on the grill top. Pour over fresh or canned pineapple, mandarin orange slices and top it off with your favourite sweet and sour sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
