INGREDIENTS
Vegetables: Sliced onions, sliced carrots, shredded or baby size cabbage, Enoki mushrooms
Protein: Striploin steak, cut into strips
Seasonings & Sauces: Chilli flakes, sesame seeds, teriyaki sauce
Possible Additions: Vermicelli noodles
PREPARATION
Turn on your Nutrigrill to the highest setting and adjust the temperature down as needed while you cook. There is no need to pre-heat since it heats up in seconds. You can adjust the temperature up or down as you cook if you find you need more or less heat.
Place the steak strips onto the grill top and season according to your tastes. As the meat is browning, pour small amounts of water or a light broth directly onto the grill top. This captures the caramelized flavours of the meat and adds flavour to the sautéd vegetables in the moat.
Garnish with fresh herbs, sesame seeds and a drizzle of your favourite teriyaki sauce.
Consider serving with rice on the side.
TIP: Season the grill top with sesame oil.
