INGREDIENTS
Choose & prep your vegetables: Onion, red & green peppers
Choose & prep your proteins: Chicken, prawns, pork, beef
Choose & prep your seasonings: Garlic, chili mix, fresh herbs
Prep your sauces: Use melted cheese during the cooking process and add sour cream as desired to the finished fajitas
Additions: Tortillas, fresh diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, salsa
PREPARATION
Turn on your Nutrigrill to the highest setting and adjust the temperature down as needed while you cook. There is no need to pre-heat since it heats up in seconds. You can adjust the temperature up or down as you cook if you find you need more or less heat.
Once all the ingredients are prepared, start by grilling the meats. Use the center of the grill for fast grilling and push the materials down into the moat, where they will continue to cook at a lower temperature without burning. Throw on the tortillas for a few moments on each side prior to serving.
TIP: Leave room on one side of the moat for veggies and one side for meats.
